from the ports we visit. Our menus always include a choice of ocean-fresh fish, crisp salads, prime cuts and vegetarian options. This year there’s a new raw bar and gelato bar. And we’re particularly delighted to present dessert creations by the winner of the 2015 Pastry World Championship, Fabrizio Donatone.
